Located on Jermyn Street in the heart of St James’s, Wiltons, London’s second oldest restaurant has created a brand-new summer menu, encompassing the bright, fresh, and light flavours of the season. Celebrate summer in the city with the Prestige Menu, created by Head Chef Daniel Kent from the finest ingredients sourced from across the British Isles. The Prestige menu comprises seven courses and is available at £89.00 per person. Accompanying wine flights complement the summer menu are available from £55.00 per person for four glasses. The menu celebrates the tastes and flavours of summer and are available at Wiltons from Monday to Saturday from 17:30 to 20:30 throughout August 2021. The menu is of exceptional value and the sommelier-selected wine flights are the perfect pairing to complement Head Chef Daniel Kent’s creation.
The Prestige menu is comprised of ingredients from small-scale suppliers and producers. It begins with a crisp oyster, a typical Wiltons delicacy, and a delectable lobster bisque, and ends with freshly brewed filter coffee or fresh peppermint tea with an assortment of homemade delicious petit fours. Having gained an enviable reputation for its seafood, fish, game and expertly roasted meats, The Prestige menu features a choice of Wiltons famous Dover sole, which the restaurant is renowned for, or a tender beef fillet au poivre. Pudding is an elegant English strawberry soufflé-the wonderful taste of the British summer.
